How Care Pass works
- Chat with us whenever you need in-person care, we’ll work with you to understand your needs and preferences
- The Firefly team will run the data to find high-quality in-network providers in your area that meet your needs
- Firefly will show you a few options within the Firefly app
- Select a provider on the Care Pass, book your visit, and add your appointment date in the app
- Show your Care Pass to the provider and your visit is will have a waived copay!
