Welcome to the website (the “Website”) for Firefly Health, Inc. (“Firefly Health” ”we”, “us” and/or“our”).  This Website is operated by Firefly Health and has been created to provide information about our company and the services we offer, including those made available through our mobile applications (together with the Website, the “Services”), to our visitors and users (“you”, “your”).  Firefly Health respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use our Services, including your personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Services, including:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Services. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our Services, subscribing to our newsletter, or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you submit comments to us or you report a problem with our Services.

Firefly Health may use cookies to help provide additional functionality to our Services or help us analyze Services usage more accurately to understand your preferences for future visits, such as to help us keep track of advertisements and compile data about site traffic via third-party providers. Please refer to this section for information on how to receive notification when you are receiving a new cookie and how to turn cookies off. We recommend that you leave cookies turned on, as turning off cookies may negatively impact your experience using the Services.  

We may, and we may allow third party service providers to, use cookies (as noted above) or other tracking technologies, such as web beacons, to collect information about your browsing activities over time and across different websites following your use of our Services, including for advertising and reporting purposes. For example, we may use Google Analytics to track visitors to our Website. If you do not wish to be tracked by Google Analytics, you can use the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser add-on, located here.  Firefly may also use the Facebook Pixel to track visitors to our Services.

Digital Marketing Service Providers

We periodically appoint digital marketing agents to conduct marketing activity on our behalf, such activity may result in the compliant processing of personal information. Our appointed data processors include:

  • For any other purpose disclosed by us prior to the provision of your information.

We may also disclose your information, including any Personal Information:

  • To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including responding to any government or regulatory request.

Aggregated or De-Identified Personal Information

We may use and disclose aggregated and/or de-identified information about our users that does not identify any particular individual for any legal purpose, without restriction.  For example, we may conduct research on our customer demographics, interests and behavior based on the Personal Information and other information provided to and/or collected by us, and may aggregate and share this aggregate data with our affiliates, agents and business partners.

Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information

You may send us an email at info@firefly.health to request access to, correct or delete any Personal Information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your Personal Information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change Personal Information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal or contractual requirement or cause the Personal Information to be incorrect. 

Data Security

We have implemented commercially reasonable measures designed to secure your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on servers behind firewalls. 

The safety and security of your information also depend on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential and not disclosing your password to any third parties. 

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we take commercially reasonable steps designed to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to our Services. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures employed by the Services.

Our Website currently does not respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals and operates as described in this Privacy Policy whether or not a DNT signal is received. If we do so in the future, we will describe how we do so in this Privacy Policy.

Children Under the Age of 13

Our Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you may not use our Services. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to us, please contact us and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

This Privacy Policy applies only to our Services. Our Services may contain links to other websites or applications not operated or controlled by us (the “Third Party Sites”). The policies and procedures we described here do not apply to the Third Party Sites. The links from our Services do not imply that we endorse or have reviewed the Third Party Sites. We suggest contacting those sites directly for information on their privacy policies.

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on this page with a notice that this Privacy Policy has been updated.  This Privacy Policy was last updated on the date indicated above.  If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ Personal Information, we will notify you through a notice made available on our Services. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
