Prior to co-founding Firefly, Andy was a practicing primary care physician at Brigham and Women’s Hospital as well as the Founding Co-Director of the Center for Primary Care at Harvard Medical School. He is a graduate of Harvard Medical School and remains on the teaching faculty there.
Prior to co-founding Firefly, Jeff spent nearly a decade at Brigham and Women's Hospital, where he was a practicing primary care physician and part of the executive leadership team. He obtained his medical and business degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and is on the teaching faculty of Harvard Medical School.
Nisha comes to Firefly from Beth-Israel Deaconess Medical Center, where she practiced primary care for more than a decade and led care improvements for her clinic. She is on the faculty of Harvard Medical School.
Carolyn comes to Firefly Health from Lahey Clinic where she practiced primary care. Prior to that, she practiced as a nurse practitioner for several years in cardiology. She completed her master’s in advanced practice nursing at NYU and went on to get a post-master’s certificate from UMass Boston. She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
As a psychiatrist and faculty member at Harvard Medical School, Jane is a national expert in integrating behavioral health with primary care to treat anxiety and depression as well as other conditions. At Firefly, she works with the social workers, physicians, and nurse practitioners to develop personalized behavioral health care plans for each member.
Mary is a Firefly Health Guide with a focus on motivating others to make desired behavioral and lifestyle changes. She previously worked as a product analyst at a healthcare information company, Definitive Healthcare. Mary holds a BA in environmental economics from Colgate University.
Fabiana comes to Firefly Health from Cedars-Sinai Medical Group in California, where she practiced primary care. She previously worked at a community clinic in the greater Los Angeles area, focusing on providing primary care to underserved populations of all ages. She received her BSN and MSN from Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing and is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
