1 bag frozen veggie blend of your choice
1 bag frozen cauliflower rice
Optional Toppings: low sodium soy sauce, hot sauce, lime
Saute veggies and cauliflower rice in a non-stick pan over the stove until soft.
Stir in eggs until blended.
Continue to stir regularly until eggs are completely cooked.
Serve with soy sauce or hot sauce and enjoy!
