At Firefly Health, our mission is to make primary care accessible, both virtually and in-person. We offer on-site pop up events for companies to provide primary care services to their employees. When employees are seen at the pop up, they become Firefly patients and start their journey to a healthier, happier lifestyle.
A primary care pop up brings the doctors’ office to you. We come prepared with an exam table, basic medical equipment, including a blood pressure monitor, scale, and stethoscope, and create a welcoming environment to conduct physical exams for employees. Employees who participate in the pop up event have the opportunity to meet with their complete and experienced care team -- a primary care physician, nurse practitioner, and health guide.
During the pop up visit, we collect a thorough medical and social history, perform a physical exam, and, when needed, order labs, send referrals and prescriptions. Once employees have established care with Firefly, they have full access to our mobile app, which enables them to schedule follow-up video visits or in-person visits and message their care team directly. All patients also have access to a behavioral health team to help manage stress and depression and improve overall quality of life.
By making primary care convenient, Firefly Health aims to reduce missed hours at work so our patients can save their earned time off for more fun adventures.
