Working in a primary care setting was never something Riley aspired to. Crackly exam room paper? A PCP who doesn't know your name? She didn't want anything to do with that! But that all changed when she discovered Firefly — and their mission to make primary care feel better for everyone. As a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, Riley believes that food and movement play an integral part in primary care. She focuses on building sustainable routines for her patients by making exercise and healthy eating fun, innovative, and creative.

I compete post-collegiately in track & field in the 400-meter hurdles. I also love to cook different recipes, read books, explore new places, but mostly, eat really good food.
Every morning before I start my day, I curl up with my coffee, read a few scriptures, and gaze out my window to get grounded and enjoy a few moments of silence before the day begins.
