Amelia has been supporting people in reaching their health goals for the past seven years as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Her focus has included areas such as clinical nutrition, diabetes care/prevention, and behavioral health. She believes that improving one’s health can be made possible - and better yet, enjoyable - through small repeated actions, building upon strengths, and focusing on lifestyle changes with benefits that go beyond what a scale or lab report can measure. Amelia appreciates how Firefly Health closes the gaps in care through improving access and communication, and keeping the whole person at the forefront.
